I have been working with Caritas Switzerland for the past two months in the position of a technical advisor. Recently all staff members of the Hargeisa field office participated in a three day team building seminar. Although I am in particular a fan of these problem solving activities and endless discussions on how we could improve the work athmosphere, it was great fun to spent some days together with my colleagues.
